We are very sorry but it is ILLEGAL to ship worms to Hawaii.  Due to travel delays and costs, we no longer ship to Alaska or outside the United States of America. 


LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE

The Worm will guarantee our worms will be delivered alive. In the case of worms not arriving alive, we will reship the worms to you one time. All worm shipments may be delayed if the weather conditions are extremely hot or cold. For the Live Delivery Guarantee to be valid, the worms have to be accepted on the first delivery attempt that means you must be home. Please ensure that someone is at your address to receive the delivery. If no one is available to accept the worms, please notify us when you are ordering to write, “HOLD AT POST OFFICE FOR CUSTOMER PICKUP"  on the outside of your box this information MUST be included in the payment notes and you MUST tell both your local post office to hold the package AND your carrier. We will then guarantee the worms for 24 hours at the Post Office, allowing you time to pick up your worms. Failure to accept the worms on the first delivery, or failure to pick up the worms within 24 hours at the post office will void the Live Delivery Guarantee. If they arrive dead you must contact us within 3 hours of delivery, and provide video and photos of the dead worms. Failure to do so results in voiding of live delivery guarantee.

SHIPPING METHODS

The Worm Outlet usually ship via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Shipping for all
worm orders. Worm orders received and paid for by Friday 4:30 EST. will be shipped the following Tuesday. We only ship on Mondays or Tuesdays.  African Nightcrawlers take an extra week from when you place order.

WORMS RECEIVED

Please understand that you are responsible for the care and condition of the worms once received. Worm care instruction will be included with each order either printed and placed in
box or emailed to you and The Worm Outlet is available for assistance with worm care information via email. We will make every effort satisfy our customers. Please let us know immediately upon receiving the product if there are any problems with your order. The Worm Outlet will consider that the worms have been delivered alive unless we are notified within 3 hours of the time that the carrier scans or enters them in as delivered. Please do not dispose of the worms or the original package until you contact us. Do not refuse the delivery, live worms are non-returnable and you void all claims if you refuse the package or miss the delivery attempt. You hereby agree that liability of seller is limited to one set of replacement worms, and agree and waive all rights to charge back and dispute claims with your credit/debit card company.
